I was afraid it would not update, just update an old install;
to be frank it does not break but there are some errors…

nethpi is OK, going to pack it now and ill pm you a link

If you are in hurry you can rebuild it for arm

Removing the dependency requires to delete some lines from the esmith::util library; we can do it for alpha3!

Thanks, for armv7 this source doesn’t build due to differences in naming the arch (“armv7” vs “arm” vs “armhfp”).
I am having a go on aarch64 and this build oke.

For armv7 It can be build from a older source; a test fails due to different locale settings (systemd);
I don’t like to end up with different sources for 32- (armv7) and 64 bit (aarch64).

BTW nethserver-base runs fine on aarch64 :slight_smile:

Thanks @mark_nl, don’t waste your time on this package: @giacomo is going to clean up the dependency so we can get rid of it!

Although nethserver-directory still depends on perl-Crypt-Cracklib

(there is no rush: we’ve got a package. If the dep stay’s it need cleaning up)

Installs and works on armv7, Nice! :slight_smile:

Did just a simple functional test though: fill in a weak password and a appropriate error message shows up.
