NethServer Cockpit Stuck on White Screen After Login Any Fix?

Hi Everyone,

I just updated my NethServer, and now when I try to access the Cockpit web interface, Iam getting a blank white screen right after logging in. Everything else on the server seems to be running fine my hosted services and websites are accessible, but I can’t manage anything through the web UI.

I have already tried restarting the server, clearing my browser cache, and checking logs , but I haven’t found anything obvious.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Could it be a permissions problem, a missing dependency, or something related to the latest update ?

Are their services running? (I guess so)

Cockpit does not start with server ( NethServer 7.9.2009 )

Check if the required sockets are enabled and active. # systemctl is-enabled cockpit-user.socket cockpit.socket cockpit enabled enabled static # systemctl is-active cockpit-user.socket cockpit.socket cockpit active active active If it happens again, report its status before starting them manually. systemctl -l status cockpit-user.socket cockpit.socket cockpit

Same on different browser / private window / no active plugins/extensions?

Any other language than English?

Any clue in /var/log/messages at the time of login?

Is all the window white or it shows some sidebar, menu…?
