An idea, how about offering some form of certification (such as a programme similar to the LPI, CompTIA Linux+, Oracle Linux OCA or RHCA / RHCE) but aimed at either Nethserver or CentOS administration via some sort of long distance (on-line) learning / educational programme?

Webinar followed by online quiz, with a minimum of correct answers to pass and get the certification.
May be different certifications, for (some ideas):
- Installation and first configuration (updates, Self-sign Certificate, …)
- Samba AD: installation and configuration
- Email: installation and configuration
Who wants to get the certificate, must to register in the program.
