NS7 as firewall is a … linux system, CentOS7. Maybe you can add to that netdata template, if available…

So why a linux computer should share data via SNMP? 
It’s also a security concern when it’s the network gateway 
Consider to install a Zabbix agent, instead, with encrypted comunication to the server.
