You could try to check log
journalctl -e -u netdata1
And restart if needed
systemctl restart netdata1
Check log after again and try to catch something

You could try
journalctl -u netdata1 > dump
It will make a dump of the log…easier for you to search

no I release, except if netdata2 is not reachable from the web
