Need help on Email default relay server


sorry I’m new here and i was trying out the server and been using for about 2 weeks now- so far I’m happy with it but with just some hiccups.

I don’t know if i have configure it properly on the email app on the relay tab I have added on the relay host and the hostname it seems to be sending out majority of what I sent out but there are few that get deferred for some reason. sample shown bellow

connect to[2607:f8b0:4023:c0b::1a]:25: Network is unreachable

connect to[]:25: No route to host

all our emails should be routed to our ISP and our host (smarthost). Is there another thing that i have to do this or can i even confirm that this is happening?

The smarthost (default relay server) is defined in System settings, see documentation.
