When there are updates in the software center, very little to no information is provided about what the update(s) addresses or is about. Only a new version number is displayed.
Also trying to source changes that the updates contain can only be ‘found’ in git commits and release notes of github releases. That’s alot of diggin’.
Would it be possible to have the release notes incorporated in the ‘new version available’ announcement update in Software Center, before a sysadmin chooses to possibly update, or postpone because the changes are not effecting/major enough.
