Moodle 3.9.1 LTS release for testing

Hi friends,

I’m glad to announce a new Moodle release.
I couldn’t test the update because the previous version is not installable anymore as it depends on the outdated nethserver-rh-php71. I’m going to help with migrating from old DB if needed.
Please test and share your experiences and ideas.

Features

Uses MariaDB 10.3 by @stephdl
AD/LDAP integration
- users are synced every 10 minutes and with signal-event nethserver-moodle-update
Moodle Shell moosh
- Manage moodle from command line

Installation

Install @stephdl repo:

yum -y install http://mirror.de-labrusse.fr/NethServer/7/x86_64/nethserver-stephdl-1.1.1-1.ns7.sdl.noarch.rpm

Install nethserver-moodle:

yum -y --enablerepo=stephdl install https://mrmarkuz.dynu.net/mirror/devtest/nethserver-moodle-0.1.3-1.2.gd5b4449.ns7.noarch.rpm

Browse to https://NETHSERVER/moodle and login with username admin and password Nethesis,1234 or with an AD/LDAP user.

Please test the update to moodle 3.9.2 too:

yum install https://mrmarkuz.dynu.net/mirror/devtest/nethserver-moodle-0.1.4-1.ns7.noarch.rpm

Thank you @mrmarkuz. Great work. Good to see the moodle package is up-to-date again.
Since I am running the old version of the nethserver-moodle module (moodle 3.4.1+), I will need an update. Maybe we can try this in the near future together by giving you access to my VPS (again)?
We can create a migration howto with the things we find along the way.
