If the button does not help, you could try cleaning the yum cache manually:
In terminal with root priviledges:

for me your server is not connected to the internet or to your local network, you cannot update if you cannot ping nethserver.org

could you ping 8.8.4.4 ?

we need to know what is your network, it seems you can reach your server with the server-manager, so your server is connected to the lan, but you have probably a missing gateway, or any network issue

Can you open a terminal (or connect through SSH) and post the outcome of:
ip route
It should show the default gateway that is configured for your server.

When you are in servermanager, and you go to Configuration / Network
Find the interface that is connected to your LAN and click on edit
You should see the configured IP address and the default gateway.
Please tell us how your interface is configured and what values you see.
