Hello! I want to share a bad experience. Yesterday I started migrating all (about 10 pieces) mailboxes from MDaemon to NS8 with the mail module. Synchronization was performed via Expost - Import to Outlook because on the old MDaemon server when connecting several synchronizations (imapsync) the disk load was 100% and the MDaemon server could not cope. At that time, the NS8 admin panel was unavailable https://IP_NS8_mail/cluster-admin/#/domains/domain.local?view=users
Just some ideas, you could try to
- configure imapsync to not autosync via cron and run the jobs sequentially one after the other to not overload the servers.
- use Thunderbird instead of Outlook to exclude “Outlook issues”
