Mail Server not receiving mails after configuration

NethServer Version: 7.4
Module: Email server

Hi,

i have configured email server and i am able to send emails from our server but not able to receive emails. I don’t know whats issue is relying on my end.
No firewall is at our server end !

The MX record of your domain points to the public IP of your connection?

Have you forwarded the port 25 from your router/firewall to the IP of the Nethserver?

i have done all needed settings like MX record . Is there any other config related to portal which i am missing?

Check the /var/log/maillog file and watch if there’s some traces of the incoming mails
