Mail forwarding on nethserver 8 does not work

Hi all,
I wanted to activate mail forwarding on two addresses, I tried both from roundcube with filters and from application settings: mailboxes - edit - activate forwarding but it doesn’t work.

Hi, After migrating from NS7 I have setup 3 different rules in relay tab on the mail app. If only one rule is active it works, but if I enable more then one, it doesn’t work. All 3 rules as set up by sender. In the Queue the error is: " Delay reason SASL authentication failed; server xxxxxxxx[server IP] said: 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: authentication failure" What I’m I doing wrong?

No, it’s a new installation of nethserver 8 based on rocky linux 9. I haven’t checked yet if other new installations have the same problem

Please, capture the log entries that are produced when a message for “retec” is received and share relevant lines here.

You can find the mail log entries in the System logs page, by selecting the Mail app instance. Start the log in follow (tail) mode (System logs — NS8 documentation).
