Linkwarden Login ends with error message

I tested your App Linkwarden. Installation without no problems. But after registration and login of the first user, i get this error message:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Any ideas?

Interestinggly you were able to create the first Account, SHould not even have been possible, maybe the reason for the error. the new version added some mandatory env,
We are adding those, and releasing a new version Shortly…

Yeah There Is an issue
Unfortunately when email is enabled one is not bale to create an account

Registration dont work anymore after enable smtp (asking for a mail but no fields in register page)

So i have to disable it
