Letsencrypt certificates not being used

NethServer Version: 7.6.1810 (final)
Module: Certificates

Hi - Nethserver seems to be using an old certificate with apache. If I go to the Server Certificates section in the web admin panel, it says

/etc/letsencrypt/live/rnet.duckdns.org-0001/cert.pem	Let's Encrypt Authority X3	2019-06-27	/etc/letsencrypt/live/rnet.duckdns.org-0001/cert.pem	Let's Encrypt Authority X3	2019-06-27	(tick)

If I go to the Virtual Hosts section, edit a virtual host and tell it to use this certificate, I can vist the site no problems.

If the virtual host is configured to use the default certificate, I get an invalid certificate error, and told the certificate has expired. The certificate being served expired this morning.

I’ve rebooted, restarted apache and so on.

Have you set the Let’s encrypt certificate as the new ‘global’ default in the server manager?

Yes, the Let’s Encrypt certificate is set to be the default certificate.

Great. Now I cannot log into the web admin interface because the certificate is not valid. That is two days my server has been out.
