surely related to your network, we need more network informations to debug
in a terminal what is the output ?
/usr/bin/speedtest-cli
you can choose what is your IP to bind
/usr/bin/speedtest-cli --source=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is an IP of your NIC, we test on red or green NIC
