Last Update Broke Transmission

Module: Transmission

Unable to Start it.

Run the command and get the following.

Any idea what the problem may be and how to fix it.

what does the service status say?

systemctl -l status transmission-daemon

…or alike.
And installed transmission packages:

rpm -qa |grep transmission |sort

Error loading config file

after reviewing all folders, including hidden folders. settings.json in .config folder had 0 bytes. copied settings.json from /var/lib/transmission folder to the .config folder. able to start transmission. any idea why the settings.json foound in .config folder was 0 bytes?
