hello there i have on my ancient work a nethserver on there
and they started a radio with radio king
the problem that started to drive mad the radio guy that he tries to stream radio and for some reason his program doesn’t works well with radio king…when he tries to his house works well with the same machine
studioking is the software he uses to connect to the radio king server to record the radio …
the gui is obliged to record at home …that start to be awkward… do you have some tips
best regards
i have tried to login and nothing shows with lutris and wine i will try to see if there is something
Sorry @Vitor_Hugo_Barbosa, i currently don’t know what radio king server is, how it works, what it needs to work.
Could you provide a brief explaination on how this software works? Otherwise, some links to documentation of this software. (Englis is always better for allow comprehension to the whole community)
Am I wrong if I assume that NethServer currently acts like a gateway?
Any clues in the logs? Are there any ports that need to be open and if so, are they open?
As @pike, this is a bit far off for NethServer support, but if you give some more info we could have a go in trying to solve this.
He said to me that for one week he was able to record and listen the recording sometimes with bumps on his voice not all the time, and the next situation I said to me that he hadn’t the graphical buttons an the interface… I will send you the logs from firewall

I don’t know if there’s a connection with it but so many ports show up… No idea…we will try Monday the record, and try to now if it’s normal don’t see the songs on studioking…
IT doesn’t show the local ip block of the machine for instance
On idS we have putted an bypass to the ip machine that we have studioking installed…
I will try to gather more information about it… From the radio guy…
poor internet connection (…)
it may be your firewall or antivirus (…) in which case you will have to (…) allow live.radioking.com on port 80 in outgoing connection.
The source IP addresses shown in the log appear to be from Apple and Rspamd.
Can’t see anything relevant in the proxy logs blocking the connection.
You may have to look elsewhere or temporarily disable IPS/IDS, firewall (local, nethserver one and upstream, if any), antivirus, etc.
Another idea is to capture packets to see the connection flow.
With the radioking forum the lady said to me that on complex network infrastructure it seems to fail… Like that when I put mixxx, tested and overtested all fine…
