Yes I have the correct date and time.

Where does the message comes from? FortiGate or some other firewall or proxy?
Which browser, Firefox? Is the browser up to date? Does it happen with other browsers?
Some background on the issue and environment? Antivirus?

Letsencrypt changed a root cert.

Older devices won’t trust it, see
