I thought latest LTS is 3.9, see releases.
If there are good new features we can leave LTS and go for 3.11.
You are right. I was under the assumption 3.11 was an LTS version too. I would stick with LTS, so never mind my ping…

Ok, keeping the thread alive here. This years looks like a major update is coming: in november 2022 moodle 4.1 is scheduled as LTS version.
