I will always remember our conversations. A great man, now resting peacefully and content.
Lately, I’ve found myself asking, “I wonder what Andy would say about this?”
Would he get upset? Would he have good points to make? Would he offer a counterargument, or just chime in with his 50 cents?
I really miss him a lot.
He is the first who reported a successful migration from ns7 to ns8 and beyond difficulty helped to improve the migration tool. I bet he’d say implement this, improve that, and I’ll use nethsecurity in production! Always positive in pushing the project forward.
I hope he is close of a terminal if there is something after ![]()
Not sure I get why you quoted me though? Unless you wanted me just to shout things not knowing how current version looks like
I’m working with a lot of different software, so I don’'t have the latest version of things. If I’m misinterpreting things, my apologies, but seemed like you wanted answers then and there.
Back at Punto Fijo, my wife will have minor surgery on her wrist; she developed a cyst from mixing the cake batter by hand.
Back in my day, I installed OpnSense, Endian, and NethServer. They’re all good, but they’re designed for different types of clients. See you tomorrow; it’s my wife’s birthday.
