Hello everyone, I agreed that sometimes imapsync goes into failed .
Here in the log sosa I found :

Was there maybe a backup or update of imapsync running at the same time?
Do you use a cluster with more nodes? Maybe a node was offline?
Are there more relevant log entries?
Hi markus , no i have only one node . i have analized the imapsync log , but i don’t see another error .The procedure I perform to restart the service and from the list of apps and do restarts .
Does it work again after some time without restarting the imapsync service?
Please share some log entries before and after the error to find out which task is cancelled.
Is it similar to IMAPSYNC problem after Server Restart ?
Outside of the log I showed you, I have nothing else. I can’t say that my mistake is similar to what you have indicated to me.
What I can say instead and if imapsync crashes if I restart the server starts again …
