In the new version of the manager xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9090 I could not find the Multi-WAN setting. Tell me how to set up Multi-WAN?

Please have a look at Firewall->WAN, there you can configure your WAN-Settings. If you click on configure you can choose if you want to have a backup or balance.
