How to restore the default configuration file?
Playing with the avahi and nethserver-avahi, I loose the configuration file.
Remove the configuration file and reinstall the original package. In your case:
rm /etc/avahi/avahi-daemon.conf
yum remove nethserver-avahi avahi

Avahi is coming back to work.
I would’t seem a dog biting the tail but the conf file /etc/avahi/avahi-daemon.conf is empty, or only with the default values… where is the real config files?
