One of our clients Neth server’s is currently down and we would like to re-install Neth, is this possible?

I can’t understand the issue: why shouldn’t that be possible?
What happened to your client system? Do you have a backup to restore?

Thank you for your quick reply, one of the client’s hard drives have failed. What I am doing now is getting a Neth ISO and will then see if I can restore it, I will keep you updated

Yes, you have to upload and restore a configuration backup. Please refer to
