NethServer has no GUI, so it does not directly open any documents like Word / Excel or PDFs.
You provide NO additional information, NethServer 7 (No subversion?) as such does not exist, no modules, nothing…

None of us here can read your mind, we need to read it in english!

You may use Collabora (in Nextcloud) or Onlyoffice (in Nextcloud and Webtop) to work with documents.
