- Ask don’t tell: “Why did you decide to…”
- Be specific: “When you are calling the…”
- Explain yourself: “Check out this blog post…”
- Offer solutions: “Maybe try…”
- Avoid hyperbole: Avoid “Never,” “No,” and “Don’t”
- Use emojis: Because they make everything better
