How to automatically configure Thunderbird and Outlook email with Nethserver

Still wondering about this:

But in the meantime, they’re on my own server. You can install and bang on them by doing yum install https://www.familybrown.org/automx-1.1.2_github_4aee43f-2.noarch.rpm https://www.familybrown.org/nethserver-automx-0.0.1-2.el7.noarch.rpm; they should pull in whatever dependencies they need.

Source RPMs are there too, at https://www.familybrown.org/automx-1.1.2_github_4aee43f-2.src.rpm and https://www.familybrown.org/nethserver-automx-0.0.1-2.el7.src.rpm.

Never mind the above, set up my own repo at least for temporary use. To configure, do yum install https://repo.familybrown.org/nethserver/7/noarch/nethserver-danb35-1.0.0-1.el7.noarch.rpm. Then, to install nethserver-automx with its dependencies, do yum --enablerepo=danb35 install nethserver-automx.

Edit: I’ve also opened an issue against the automx repo about not pulling data from the LDAP server, and got a response–maybe it isn’t quite so abandoned as I thought.

I’ve started another thread on my nethserver-automx module.
