How can I create a new translation to Webtop?

How can I translate webtop to a new language? At least the version within Nethserver.

I contacted the authors of the project without success.

I know Webtop is translated with Transifex, so try to request the new language from Sonicle web portal at Sonicle localization | Transifex. /cc @gabriele_bulfon @matteo.albinola
