Help with how to have a PDF signed to confirm it was read

Hello Support Team,

We use Nextcloud version: 27.1.7 on Nethserver 7.9.2009.

I have a PDF document we would like to send a link to our employees to read online. Is there a way to have each employee sign back to us to confirm that the document was read by the employee? Currently we have on our last page of this PDF document a page that they print and sign so we keep it in their employee file.

I have LibreOffice installed on my Nextcloud and I use this to create PDF automatically using Flow App. I guess there may be no way to really confirm someone actually read each page of the PDF. Just like there’s no way someone read a physical copy and then signed the last page to say they read it (unless we sat there and watched them which we will not be doing). Just curious if Nextcloud has a way to use the Approval App or some other app that helps us accomplish what we need.

Any advice you can give me on how I can do this in our small office would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I was going to tell you that talking with the NextCloud forums would probably be more helpful because NextCloud Community and Dev’s would be more apt to know more about the workings and apps for NextClound, but I see you have done so here…

Looks like they gave you some info to go by.

I wish I had more to help you with on the subject, but I have not gotten in to this area of Nextcloud. But I did do a quick search and here is what I found with a quick search…

Hope there is something helpful here. Have great day!
