Not necessarily, i was meerely testing to understand your issue, and to ascertain if the application is latest or now.
You will definitely not gain your data if you re-install, unless a backup of the individual database and volumes as well as env is made, and restored
Okay, I remember in the old versions of GLPI , there was the option to export or rather back up glpi data by default. This operation worked very well.
