Hi WebTop Team.
Having setup some public calendars on another server, I sent each WebTop user instructions on how to connect to them (CalDav) and that works fine.
What would be nice though would be the facility for the admin to set imported Public Calendars globally for the domain.

the implementation of impersonal calendars (linked to resources and not to people, e.g. company cars, classrooms, …) is already included in the roadmap.
This is the issue that will be planned in the next development steps: https://issues.sonicle.com/browse/WT-728
For this type of calendars there will be the possibility to administer them from the admin panel
