I’ve inquired about this before and I now have a usecase whereby I’ll need to export our addressbook from Webtop in either .csv. vcf or vcard format for use in Rainloop on Nextcloud for one of my employees. I know you mentioned previously that there is a way to export from the database. Please advise when I will be able to export our Webtop contacts from within Webtop…

Hi Charles,
unfortunately, the export of contacts or events via the web interface has not yet been added, it is still among the things to do

For now the export is only possible from the DB as I documented here

Hi @wbilger, I don’t know that it was ever possible to export a phonebook from the WebTop interface . It is a feature that is present in currently low priority roadmaps. If you want you can always export a category of contacts via postgres commands like this: access the webtop5 database: su - postgres -c 'psql webtop5' identify the category_id of the address book to be exported: select * from contacts.categories; if you know the username that is the owner of the address book…
