Execute files in samba shares

I think so, because the problem seems to be the user mapping. But if you do it like @davidep wrote

• Create a file /etc/samba/user.map with the following contents (substitute “NETH” with your NetBIOS domain name):

root = NETH\administrator

• Edit /etc/samba/smb.conf by adding the following line in the [global] section

username map = /etc/samba/user.map

• systemctl restart smb

it should also work if the share is created at the linux site.
