Error when updating

NethServer Version: NethServer 7.8.2003
Module: update

When I went to update my server this week with the latest updates I get this error:
Error

System not updated.

The following command has failed:
system-packages/update

Unfortunately we couldn’t catch the exact error. If you want to help, please click on the button below to copy the failed command to the clipboard, paste it into the Terminal and submit command output to the developers.

When I copy and paste to a terminal session I get this error:
echo ‘{“action”:“update”,“packages”:[]}’ | /usr/bin/setsid /usr/bin/sudo /usr/libexec/nethserver/api/system-packages/update | jq
sudo: no tty present and no askpass program specified

I rebooted the server and the same error pops up.

Last week the server updated just fine. Any ideas?

Do you use Web Filter?

The dashboard says web filter is turned off. I haven’t changed anything since the update I did last week.

If you have installed the webfilter, the update is not possible at the moment. I guess it will be fixed soon. See the other thread I posted above.

This is what I saw in the log.
file /var/log/ufdbguard from install of ufdbGuard-1.34.5-2.el7.x86_64 conflicts with file from package nethserver-squidguard-1.9.2-1.ns7.noarch

I looked at the other post and did the updates manually with the exclusion suggested and it seemed to work.
