Error updating NS7 (probably for a lost connnection)

Hi all,
when I try to update system and applications via software center i get this error
[YumTestTransactionError] Test Transaction Errors: package systemd-libs-219-67.el7_7.1.x86_64 is already installed package nethserver-mail-smarthost-2.8.2-1.ns7.noarch is already installed package systemd-sysv-219-67.el7_7.1.x86_64 is already installed package systemd-219-67.el7_7.1.x86_64 is already installed
It looks like I have some package installed not recognized in the internal updates database. How can I force the update of the packages installed or purge them from the list?

solved by a manual update from shell
