Error Sogo Sending mail

NethServer Version: 7.6.18.10
Module: Sogo

Hi i have a strange problem.
I have a user who use SoGo.
When he want to send email, this error appear :
cannot send message: (smtp) failure when sending data`

I try with Outlook and mail is sent.

I have update my server with Sogo Update but same problem.

What’s happen ?

Is your own mail marked as spam? @stephdl can you shine your rspamd light on this?

We need the full email headers to understand what it occurs.

how can i found the header information ?

first you must try to reproduce the error you want to point us, then we need the full log transaction of maillog (use pastebin or gist for our confort), from the hello to the end of the connection

the log you give us is just a trace, not enough line to understand
