Some outlook 2016 (activesync) no longer update, the last email received is from a few days ago. Also the calendar is not updated.
I reinstalled the account but I have the same problem.

I raised the value SxVMemLimit to 2048 and increased the number of workers and now everything is working again. I also deleted a user’s cache using this command
sogo-tool manage-eas resetdevice
