Hello, I am trying to configure the zabbix monitoring server, however it has been presenting some errors that I have seen, however now I am stuck in
an error that I do not know how to solve, it is showing error (Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer.)
I don’t know exactly where to go from here.
I’m using a linux Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS through VMBox and I’m trying to monitor a windows 2019 standart server.
Not a zabbix pro… but as seen here the question at the end is are you using encryption on one end and not the other as far as your monitoring goes. they do a fair bit of troubleshooting there - perhaps read through that and see?
In your case, I must ask, where is any NethServer involved in all your issues?
We are not a generic Ubuntu nor a generic Zabbix forum, we are a NethServer Forum here.
And VMbox is a nice PC toy, suitable for testing maybe, but certainly NOT a server tool.
Worse of all, you’re trying to monitor a Windows box from a VM running inside?
If your Windows box has any issues, you are expecting an Alert from the VM running in that Windows?
