Epel could be enabled like for el7

I’m thinking loudly if epel could be enabled by default in ns6 like it is in ns7.

Do you think we will have bad backdrafts

I’m not familiar with the possible drawbacks, @giacomo and @davidep might provide their point of view.

It would be a too big change in ns6 branch, which is soon to be the old-stable (maintenance only).
