Emails not showing up in Inbox

Good Afternoon everyone. I hope you are all doing well. After login in to Webtop and going to the mail icon, then clicking on Inbox, I no longer see any emails in my Inbox folder on Webtop v5.6.4. I doubt this is a feature :slight_smile: I don’t see any filters setup. So I am at a loss of what has happened.

I can see all my emails just fine in Thunderbird in the inbox, just not in the browser in Webtop itself. Can anyone lead me to a fix?

check what the dovecot log (/var/log/imap) contains and the webtop log (/var/log/webtop/webtop.log) when you access the INBOX on the WebTop interface.

So it has been doing the same thing for the last couple of days, even after reboots of server. I went in to /var/log/imap like you said. Nothing really looked odd or out of place. So I got our of that and then I went in to the my webtop > inbox again. I didn’t do anything… but guess what… all inbox email are all back… odd, odd, odd. Anyway. I am happy. Thanks for your help.
