Email v.2 upgrade procedure

Hi, I updated my nethserver to version 7.5.1804 (rc).
I noticed that in the software center menu there are no more email modules, smtp proxy, pop3 proxy to version 1.
In the menu of the modules to be installed, however, there are the three modules, mentioned above, to version 2.
I can install the 3 modules directly from the nethserver panel or I have to follow this guide? http://docs.nethserver.org/en/v7/mail2.html#upgrade-procedures
