Email filter block attachments on group basis

Hey Nethservians!

I am interested to know if it’s possible that an email filter can be applied on Group Basis or User Basis?
If I apply content filter and block some custom attachments, its applied on the server. So, No user is allowed to send or receive that particular attachments Suppose its a *.Doc file. But, My question is, Is it possible the attachment block feature is used on groups or users? like the IT group is allowed to send and receive *.Doc file attachments but Finance is not allowed to send or receive it.
