Doubts about Clamd

In order to improve traffic shaping, I decided to put relay mail service, proxy web and gateway into a single NS 7.5 VM server. I installed into my already configured proxy/gateway server the nethserver-mail module, copy the configuration from old relay mail server, tested it and then used atop 3 to see resource used by each process. I saw clamd is running twice, one with c-icap and the other with rspamd.

Shouldn’t antivirus be one single process ?

I think there are two separate instances because the web filter signature db is different from the mail filter one.
