I’m sorry, I was looking in the wrong place: the error message is in my backup logs too!
Messages are annoying but harmless: the issue does not affect the DC and the backup procedure itself.
As said it is an old bug of Proc::ProcessTable Perl package, that was fixed but never released in EPEL 7.
I confirm Samba 4.16 DC process names now contain ), and they are the message origin.
