Dokuwiki edit permission

We have had the self registration opened to the dokuwiki since years, but we got a wave of spam recently, so I disabled the self registration and removed the spams, so now if someone wants to edit the wiki I wrote in the front page that he/she should ask here to get the edit permission for the wiki.

Obviously read permission are to everybody.

if people wants to edit pages, please go further, I mean for developers for example or any other tricks for NS8

way back, we have enabled the captcha so we could try again to let opened the self registration

I tried but in the same night I got hundred of spams

I think that self registration is not more possible

No problem.

At the end we should think to a better solution. It was an emergency fix

I implemented a captcha for the registration but I think it is easy to passthrough when you are a human in a click farm and there were a lot users that have written spam pages

What do you think ?

Now if it is just a matter to add edit permissions to @oneitonitram as like I stated when you ask we set the edit permissions
