Dnsmasq Question

I had the issue before:
Sometimes I get
dnsmasq[20020]: Maximum number of concurrent DNS queries reached (max: 150)
in /var/log/messages.

My FritzBox internet Router shuts down the connection if this messages happens to often.

Also I have tons of queries like:
cached zenjp72.mnpremote04.club is 2606:4700:3033::6818:76c9

Question: how can I find out which task ist querring dnsmaq?
I suspect a virus/trojan or such.
How can I limit the queries of dnsmasq?
Is there any usefull documentation for dnsmasq (couldn’t find any on google)?

I’ve seen that messages only when my internet connection was down.
Read here for some useful debug commands.
