Define a Wireguard / OpenVPN as as WAN interface

Nethserver: 7.9.2009

I have a OpenVPN or Wireguard connection which gives me a static public IP. How can I define this connection as a RED WAN interrafe in Nethserver? Which files should I look for, so that I can define the VPN interface as a LAN interface so I can see it as an interace in the Nethserver firewall setup and can define it as a WAN interface?

Maybe it helps to define the network interface like

db networks set tun0 ethernet role red ...

or

db networks set wg0 ethernet role red ...

and check the config in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/*
