Configure module on virtual host

Module: VHosts, SOGo

Is it possible to configure a module to run on its own virtual host?
E.g.

Now:
domain.tld/SOGo -> SogoMail
mail.domain.tld -> nothing
After:
domain.tld/SOGo -> nothing
mail.domain.tld -> SogoMail

How would go about configuring this?

SOGo can be used behind a vhost, the netgui panel (soon the cockpit one) can be used to create a vhost for SOGo
