Yes, it’s the intended behavior.
It’s also documented: https://docs.nethserver.org/en/v7/disaster_recovery.html

Maybe we can move the note on the top of the page to make it more visible.

My mistake was evaluating the note only for NethGUI, not for whole setup.
IMVHO the note should be out of the “new/old” server manager sections.
