In the new web interface, I only see the ability to email the VPN config file. Is there a way to download the config without having to go back to the legacy web interface?

It is a visual bug. The download link is present (easier to see if you have multiple roadwarrior accounts) but cut-off by another element (parent div class=good-table) for the first account on the list.
Same on Firefox and Chrome.

The bug should already be fixed in the latest testing release of nethserver-cockpit
